IDEIDE

03 — IDE Designworks

Graphics, designed.
Not just printed.

Every line on a vehicle has a purpose. Our job is to create graphics that enhance that purpose — not fight it.

We start with the vehicle, its character and the brand it represents. From the first sketch to the final artwork, every decision is made to ensure the graphic belongs on the vehicle — and performs in the real world.

Our Process In Every Project

01

Understand

We understand the vehicle, the brand and the purpose behind the graphic.

02

Ideate

Ideas are explored through sketches, studies and digital visualisations.

03

Develop

The chosen direction is developed on the vehicle with precision and intent.

04

Deliver

Production-ready artwork that performs on the vehicle and in the real world.

What Makes It Different

The graphic starts with the vehicle.

A vehicle isn't a blank canvas. Its proportions, character lines, surfaces and brand identity all influence where a graphic should begin, where it should flow and where it should stop.

At IDE Designworks, we develop graphics around the vehicle — not simply place artwork onto it.

From the first visual direction to production-ready artwork, every decision is made to make the graphic feel designed for that vehicle.

What We Do

Where graphics meet the vehicle.

Special Editions. Show Cars. Demo Fleets.

How Designworks Builds OEM Graphics

From idea to production-ready graphics.

The IDE team reviewing vehicle sketches and brand reference material before developing a graphic direction
01

Vehicle & brand context

Understand the vehicle first.

We study the vehicle, its surfaces, proportions, character lines and brand language before developing the graphic direction.

An IDE graphic development mood board — theme references, colour swatches and tracing overlays for a vehicle graphic concept
02

Concept to vehicle

Design around the actual car.

Graphic directions are developed around the actual vehicle — theme references, colour and material exploration, tracing and overlay work against the vehicle's own surfaces.

03

Ready for production

Engineer it for production.

The selected direction is translated into accurate, production-ready artwork for the intended vehicle and application.
