A spec’d wrap can. Outdoor-grade film, engineered to your enclosure and applied just before dispatch — no BOM change, no re-curing, no line disruption.
IDE Commercial is India’s leading design studio for EV charger branding — the rare partner that designs, prints and installs every wrap in-house, rather than subcontracting any part of the process.
We’ve branded 18,000+ EV chargers since 2020 for manufacturers and networks including Servotech, Delta, Exicom, Statiq and Zenergize.
We treat charger branding as manufacturing discipline, not decoration: once we have built the wrap layout for an enclosure, it stays on file — so a white-label swap for a new client takes days, not a redesign.

Polymeric or cast vinyl, sealed with a protective overlaminate. Resists UV, fuel spills and pressure-washing — 2–5 year outdoor durability, adhesion tested per enclosure spec.
Match any brand palette to ΔE ≤1 and swap identities just before dispatch — no BOM change, no re-curing, no line disruption.
Your enclosure drawing becomes a wrap layout we keep on file, 3.3 kW to 360 kW. Repeat orders need only the new artwork; delivered JIT, pan-India.
A charger sits in public view 24 hours a day. Branded consistently across a network, it becomes its own advertising.
Europe’s top charger makers ship fully wrapped as standard. Offer it first in India and win on more than price.
Your CAD or a photo. A wrap proof comes back in 24 hours, and a sample pack after it — nothing to pay to find out.
Each CPO, oil company and fleet buyer wants the charger in their colours. A repaint means a new BOM, re-curing and a stopped line — so most makers offer one colour, and lose the tender to whoever ships a branded unit.
Same hardware, same part number. The identity goes on days before dispatch, matched to their brand book at ΔE ≤ 1 — and the next order can carry a different brand entirely.

No round numbers and no guesses. Every charger on this page is one we printed and shipped since April 2020.

9,000+ on BPCL, IOCL, HPCL charging points alone.
9,000+ of our chargers are DC fast chargers, 60 kW and up.
Power utilities and a metro rail network.
Brand books matched to ΔE ≤ 1.
Almost one order every week for three and a half years.
Nobody reorders a finish that peels. And Servotech is not the only one who keeps coming back.
A wrap that fails is never bought twice. These five have carried on ordering — the year beside each one is when their first charger went out.

Charger makers, charging networks, oil companies and fleets — the logos below are on enclosures we printed, cut and fitted.

Nothing is brokered out. The artwork, the printing and the people who fit it are all ours — which is how 500units a week is possible, and why nobody is waiting on a vendor’s vendor.
Our own designers take your client’s brand book and lay it onto the enclosure — panel by panel, around screens, vents, holsters and cable ports. You get a colour proof back, not a question.
Printed, laminated and cut on the machines below. Same building, same day, same people every time — so the tenth batch matches the first.
Our applicators fit on site, and train your team to do it themselves: surface prep, dry application, panel sequence and what a good finish looks like at QC.
Anyone can say “in-house”. This is the floor: what prints your artwork, what seals it, and what cuts it to your enclosure.

Water-based latex ink: no solvent smell in the box, and a wrap that can be handled and fitted the same day it is printed.

Air pressure holds the overlaminate down at the same force across the full width — no bubbles, no lifting edges after a year of sun and pressure-washing.

The plotter the trade measures others against: 1.5 m wide, tracking 10 m of material in one pass, cutting at 1,485 mm/s with 600 g of down-force and ARMS registration that finds its own marks. Screen cut-outs, RFID windows and cable ports land within a fraction of a millimetre, batch after batch.

A second machine on the same job, so a 500-unit week does not queue behind one blade — and nothing stops if one goes in for service.
Wrapped in the films charger makers and networks already specify — whichever your client names.

Your CAD or photos. Wrap layout and colour proof back in 24 hours.
Hold the finish and the colour in your hand before sign-off.
We wrap, you inspect, and we lock the SOP together.
Online sessions and on-site training at your plant — surface prep, dry application, panel sequence, and what a good finish looks like at QC. After that your line fits them as units come off it.
No Upfront Cost to Start!
No. Wrapping happens just before dispatch, off your line. No BOM change, no re-curing, no new station to staff — kits arrive cut to your enclosure and go on in minutes.
It depends on the film you choose. Polymeric vinyl is rated 2 or 3 years, and cast vinyl 5 years, outdoors in Indian conditions — each sealed with a protective overlaminate and tested per enclosure spec. PVC-free films are available too. Every grade resists UV, fuel spills and pressure-washing, and a damaged panel is re-skinned on site instead of repainted.
To ΔE ≤ 1 — closer than the eye can separate. Send the brand guideline or a Pantone reference and the sample kit comes back matched.
Nothing to start. The wrap layout and the sample kit are free; the 25–50 unit pilot exists to prove the finish and lock the SOP before anyone commits to a rollout.
Pan-India. Kits ship just in time and trained applicators travel where a site needs them, including on-site re-skins.
Globally, a brand-ready enclosure is becoming a build spec rather than an add-on. The makers who offer it first will win the clients who care about brand.
Send one enclosure drawing and I’ll build a quick preview — the same hardware, styled in your clients’ liveries. Or just say “send samples” and a sample pack for one of your models comes back. No call needed.
